The specifications as follows:

• Break Bones less than 4 %
• Black spots less than 2 %
• No bad smell
• Moisture content less than 3 %
• Weight of the leg between 30 and 50 gr.
• Length of the leg between 10 and 15 cms.
• No blood spots
• Temperature -18 ° C.

Chicken legs Grade A are delivered 20 kg cardboard. Packaging of every cardboard is 4 polypropylene bags 5 kg each. Containers used for this can be refrigerated - 18 ° C.
