Sir,
We are planning a new loudspeaker product and at the moment we are looking for a manufacturer for the cabinet. In the attachment you find drawings of the cabinet and an obligatory stand. Both parts are 12mm MDF. The coating should be robust semi-gloss, or even better something like fine structured coating.
In the front, back and bottom there are cut-outs for assembly of the loudspeakers, the back panel with electronics and a thread-insert for attaching the cabinet to the stand. All of the assembled parts we have here, you only need to consider the MDF-parts.
For the first batch we are planning 100 pieces colored like the following (including the stand with the same colors):
30 pcs. white
10 pcs. black
10 pcs. red (RAL 3020, Verkehrsrot)
10 pcs. blue (RAL 5017, Verkehrsblau)
10 pcs. green (RAL 6029, Minzgrün)
10 pcs. yellow (RAL 1023, Verkehrsgelb)
20 pcs MDF without color, primed, ready for painting
Important: Please make sure the dimensions of the cut-outs are like shown in the drawing after coating. If the coating is thick, please adjust the dimensions.
If you can work with 3D-files like .stp, .igs or .ipt please tell me and I will send you the files.
Please make a quotation for this amount including shipping costs to Germany.
For quality control we need one pair of red samples including red stands, exactly like it will be in series production.
